Dentons advises on the SHUAA backed Northacre collaboration with St. Regis for luxury residences to be operated at No.1 Palace Street, London.

SHUAA Capital, one of the leading asset management and investment banking platforms in the Middle East, recently announced that its subsidiary Northacre has joined forces with St. Regis as manager of No.1 Palace Street, London.

The project, opposite Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom, will create a truly unrivalled offering for Northacre’s first branded residence and bring significant additional investment to the London property market.

This collaboration is testament to the successful re-development of this site, comprising 72 luxury apartments and incorporating an existing Grade II listed building, originally built as the Palace Hotel in the 19th century.

Nick Simpson, Partner and Middle East Head of Real Estate and Hospitality at Dentons commented: “This landmark development will be one of the ultimate living addresses in London and Dentons is proud to have played a part in helping to realise this vision.”

The Dentons team was led by partner and Middle East head of real estate and hospitality, Nick Simpson, London-based partner Simon Masri and included counsel, Chris Foxall, senior associate Joe Carroll and consultant Shahzaib Khan.
