London—Dentons has advised Premier Foods plc (“Premier Foods”) on the acquisition of The Spice Tailor for initial consideration of £43.8 million on a cash free and debt free basis. Completion is subject to merger control clearance.

The Spice Tailor is a premium, authentic Indian and South East Asian meal kits and accompaniments brand. They are a high growth premium brand with more than 20% compound annual growth rate over the last four years and are forecast to deliver strong sales and profit growth over the coming years.
