DLA Piper is strengthening its Corporate practice group with the appointment of Lars Jessen as a new partner in its Frankfurt and Hamburg offices, effective 19 September 2022. He joins from Paul Hastings where he was a partner in the private equity and M&A practice.
Lars has extensive experience advising investors and companies on complex cross-border transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and management participation models. He focuses on mid-market private equity, private M&A, joint ventures and real estate private equity in the technology and life sciences sectors. He also advises opportunistic investors in distressed debt and restructuring loan transactions as well as distressed M&A.
