End-to-end diversity recruiting and retention platform PowerToFly has secured more than US$30 million in funding led by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital Additional investors include the Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund, Chartline Ventures, and Grasshopper Bank (through debt financing).
Latham & Watkins represented PowerToFly with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with New York associates Evan Kirsch, Elizabeth Kim, and Saem Kim.
